Darby&Rogers products are subject to availability. Some products will be available and will be shipped after they are processed. Processing may take from 2-4 business days. However, items will be shipped for FREE 2-4 business weeks after they are processed. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details. 


Darby&Rogers products are exclusively sold in limited quantities. Available stock of products are limited. When a product is out of stock or sold out, you will then have the option of pre-ordering the item(s) that are sold out. If you decide to pre-order a product you are making a reservation to purchase an item that is not in stock, but will soon be. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products to the Darby&Rogers showroom. Pre-order purchases are charged at the moment the order is placed. Pre-ordered items will be shipped right after items are available in stock. Pre-Ordered Items may take from 21-28 business days to ship.  You will receive a confirmation of your pre-order and its shipping details. 



Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have any way of estimating what these costs will total. Darby&Rogers does not add VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.



Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order. In general, domestic orders that are available in stock are shipped FREE via UPS Ground or US Postal Service for domestic orders and DHL International for FREE will arrive between 2-4 business weeks after your order has been processed. Pre-Orders may take 21-28 business days to arrive after your order has been processed. If for some reason you do not receive an email that your order has been shipped, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.



All sales are FINAL, after payment has been received and shipped.



Will I receive a receipt after purchasing? 
Yes.  Receipts will be sent to your email address submitted at the time of purchase.
After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information? 
Once you place an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information.  If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at within 24 hours during the processing stage to indicate your request.  If the package has not been shipped, we will be able to ship to the new address.  However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
